This post will reveal my story of how I went from gaining 20 pounds in my first pregnancy to having just given birth to my 3rd child Ginger, while still packing a flat stomach. It’s going to include all the up’s, the down’s and finally the one solution that helped me stay a hot mommy while having three wonderful children.

The first time I was pregnant, I was only 23 years old and had never thought that I would gain any weight. Up until now I was pretty fit and could eat practically anything that I wanted and not put on weight. However this didn’t turn out to be the case, and over the course of the pregnancy I put on 20 pounds of ugly unwanted fat. I was really disappointed that I couldn’t lose weight while pregnant.
No matter what I had tried, I wasn’t able to get rid of the fat. It was humiliating. I felt really down and it was effecting my self confidence. I honestly felt that my husband wasn’t attracted to me.
But through hard work and strict diets, I struggled but finally got rid of the weight. It was difficult but I did succeed at losing weight while breastfeeding.
I wanted more children and was determined to make sure that second time around I didn’t put on any weight. But I didn’t want to struggle and cause harm to the baby so I went about researching for ways to remain fit while pregnant. I was determined to find out is it safe to lose weight while pregnant, and whether you can lose weight fast.
I searched and I searched but I just wasn’t able to find any information on losing weight while pregnant. But I didn’t give up, I kept at it. I went on searching for the answer to ‘can I lose weight while pregnant.’
One night as I was searching Google (as you do) I came across a site that claimed to help women with losing weight while pregnant. The testimonials were amazing (seriously check them out). There were stories of women giving birth while at the same time being in the best shape of their lives. Seeing this proof, I went ahead and got the guide that answered my question ‘can you lose weight while pregnant.’

Thank goodness that I did, because the guide was amazing. I literally spent the whole night reading the book, from cover to cover. I knew once I had finished, exactly what I needed to do to stay fit and healthy throughout my pregnancy. One thing I wish the guide had and I find would have been useful would be some kind of email support, to help you through the pregnancy and to make sure that you are on target. Other than that the guide has been great for helping me with losing weight while pregnant and losing weight after pregnancy.
I suffered through a lot of hardships on my journey to finding the best way on losing weight while pregnant. I hope that you will learn from my experiences and use the guide to help you, it really did help me with losing weight quickly
